AgencyScams.net is a spoof site created by Dream-Marriage.com

By | April 14, 2009

AgencyScams.net – as with many things in cyberspace – is not exactly what it seems. A website called Dream-Marriage.com is actually the creator of AgencyScams.net – it is a site they built to discredit the famous AgencyScams.com website.

The original AgencyScams.com website is actually a resource for men seeking Russian women where they can check out the reputation of agencies and related websites. AgencyScams.com is actually a well regarded website.

Here is the crux of the matter. Dream-Marriage.com received a negative editorial on AgencyScams.com, and by means of revenge they set up AgencyScams.net. Perhaps it would have been simpler for them to clean up their act rather than put time, effort and money into a feeble attempt to discredit the author who chose to expose their dubious activities?

Dream-Marriage.com are not the only website to have colluded in setting up a spoof website aimed at AgencyScams.com and the associated Jim’s Lists websites. Some time ago, a dubious internet miscreant created a similar spoof website against Jim’s Lists and AgencyScams.com.

It seems a shame that dishonest webmasters feel the need to create fake and spoof websites, but it is a habit that is on the rise, and one you should be careful of. Remember: Google is your best friend!

There is a forum topic you can particpate in on this subject: AgencyScams.net – A Fake Anti-Scam Site Made by Dream-Marriage.com

I am filing a lawsuit against dream-marriage. After using their website for a year, I spent more than 10,000 USD using their web chats. When photo verification was sent through dream marriage to my long-term penpals, they suddenly disappeared from the website.

I was never reimbursed. Paypal would not reimburse me either, even though Dream-marriage could not prove the existence of these girls, nor provide any ID that they were real at all.

To get back at me for delaying payment, they produced a webpage on a site called http://www.agencyscams.net

This is a real person. so now you know what depths of character they have. Don’t take my word for it… just beware of dream-marriage.
