Big Changes to IMBRA and the Mail-Order Bride Industry

I have written on here recently suggesting that there are changes coming across the mail-order-bride industry. They are now on the horizon and looming rapidly into view. Tameside General Hospital: Downing St Petition Info Released

How many people signed the Downing Street petition to ask the government to look into Tameside General Hospital?

The answer is six hundred and four! Six hundred and four people who were so concerned by the alarming death rates and poor care at Tameside General Hospital that they wanted a government investigation.

Here was the petition submitted by Mr Paul Gallagher of the Manchester Evening News:

We the undersigned petition the Prime Minister to order an independent investigation into a catalogue of failings at Tameside General Hospital.

The hospital has one of the highest death rates in the country.

DHL Manchester Collection Problems December

Yesterday the 6th December and today the 7th December, DHL have suspended collections from some parts of Manchester. Predictably, one of the areas affected is that covered by the notorious Ashton Service Centre.

DHL have not bothered to tell anyone about this though. Affected businesses have not been informed by DHL and are just sitting waiting for the yellow van to arrive.  It isn’t coming today! Like it didn’t come yesterday!

One of the parcel companies who resell DHL deliveries posted this today on their website:

The recent spout of bad weather and the effects of the backlog from last week continue to cause problems across the DHL Domestic network, their depots and the sorting hubs.

PostFinance in Switzerland Freeze Wikileaks Bank Account Owned by Julian Assange

PostFinance, the Swiss bank has closed the bank account of Julian Assange the Wikileaks founder. The funding of Wikileaks is the American Government’s latest line of attack against the website. “Follow the money” is the oldest line of attack from governments against those with alternative opinions.

Transfer to a Swiss bank was one of the methods listed on the Wikileaks websites as a method of donating to Wikileaks.

Here is the Swiss banks statement as reported today in the Australian newspaper “The Herald Sun”.

“PostFinance has ended its business relationship with Wikileaks founder Julian Paul Assange.
