You have maybe called up Dyson and found out that they want a gallon of blood, your liver, all your personal information, machine serial numbers and then, after all that, they will refuse to sell them to you.
It has been the case for some time that Dyson refused to supply even the the trade with any Dyson Airblade hand dryer spares, as was noted in this article.
In recent months, Dyson have declined to supply the after-market, Dyson spare part sellers and machine refurbishers with Dyson spares for Airblade hand dryers.
